These songs were recorded in the fall of 2004, around the time that Percy "thrills" Hussalonia was being recorded. "Christine" was an attempt to write a story-song like Paul Simon, but with unlikely punk-rock, teen heroes. "Tunnel of Bugs" is a string of in-jokes and personal references between two lovers. The result is charming or absurd or irritating, depending on your tolerance for such things.
